The Plastikoil of Pennsylvania brand was stuck in the 70s, and was living under a dated image. When new owners acquired the company, they wanted to grow the full-service print bindery’s business and put a new face on the brand. Not only was an entirely new personality called for, a new name was in order, too. What separated Plastikoil from its competition? We found that it was their phenomenal attention to detail, and passion for delivering exceptional finished work. Leveraging this insight, we crafted a new name for the company: Acuity. And a new tagline: Where Details Matter.
